Solar panels and battery - cost

Hi, does anyone know the approximate cost of supply and fit of 4kwh of panels and an 8kwh battery system on a south facing bungalow roof?

£4000 for the panels. About 5 grand for the batteries, depending on what additional controls you want.Lots more information in the green investments forum:

Yes, I agree with Verdigris. I had a system fitted last month (PV, no batteries) and was quoted ~£4k for 4kWp of solar. 4kWp wouldn't quite fit on my chosen roof so I ended up with a smaller system but that's not really relevant to your question.
