Reclaiming working from home tax

Help
I am finding it difficult using working-from- home micro service
After completing initial form I am finding it impossible after entering my Gateway ID to get this verified against my Nat Ins number, or my post code or my dob
Also it is impossible to get to speak with any one at HMRC
Any advice will be most welcome. Thank you
