The Range - Impossible To Get a Response

Hi there, just wondering what my options are in this circumstance.
Ordered a mirror that arrived broken. Since then I've tried to contact The Range to get the issue resolved.
The problem isn't their response... I simply can't get in touch with them!
So far I've...
- Used their contact form (multiple times, after waiting a week or so)
- Emailed multiple times
- Sat on hold on their phone line 3 times for up to 90 mins each time.
- Contacted them via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
- Emailed various head office figures that I could find the email for,
- Phoned their head office and .. basically refused to leave the phone (they just hung up).
- Phoned a store (transferred me to the phone line)
I can't physically visit a store as I have none local - I don't drive. Plus the mirror weighs about 30 kg. And I feel like an absolute fool dragging the mirror to a store to sort this when surely the onus is on them.
TL;DR - I have tried everything to contact The Range, and am out of options... wondering what my next steps are - if there's an appropriate ombudsman or something.
Thank you for any help,
Mark

Their is no mirror ombudsman .Next step should be an LBA letter before action/ claim google for templates .0

How did you pay? What was the value of the item? Otherwise, LBA them and give 7 days, then MCOL.0
