iva answer or not
I am waiting for the DRO increase to come in place. I understand my iva must be failed before I can do this. I have my payed my iva for 2 months now . This past week they have constantly rang and left voicemail. Do I return their call and let them know my plan or just leave it a bit longer? Or send them confirmation now I want my iva to fail? Tia

I think it's better that you let them know and ask them to terminate.
If you were going for bankruptcy you can do that as soon as you stop paying, but you are right, one of the checks the DRO Unit does is the insolvency register, and if the IVA is still showing I think they turn down the application.1
