Painter quote check

I was quoted 3-4 days of work for painting the walls + ceilings + trimmings (all 2 coats) in reception room (3x4 m), hallway (2.50x1 m), kitchen (2.5x3 m) and small bathroom. One man working for 100 GBP/day. Does that sound reasonable?

I’ve just been quoted for £200 per day, which is definitely OTT. I was expecting maybe up to £150, so your chap sounds very reasonable!

Nearly £800 to paint a medium- sized bedroom  - wallpaper already stripped. He's done work for me previously and hasn't been cheap, but has obviously put his prices up considerably.
