i have been trying to get reasonable adjustments at work to allow me to go in to work due to a disability. despite two OH reports none have been made. I have been told that I am
not getting paid now and if I want SSP I need to get a doctors fit note. I have raised a grievance and was not upheld. I have offered to work from home in order that they pay me what are my options. Any help appreciated.

What is the nature of your disability and what type of reasonable adjustments have you sought?0

Have you considered applying for PIP or ESA from the DWP? If you are in a Union, ask for their advice. You may also get some useful advice by looking or posting in the Benefits and Tax Credits forum.0

Is this a new employer or is this a change in your personal ability that requires different adjustment than may have been in place before (even if before your personal ability meant no adjustments required)?0
