Front door clearance

For a door of 900mm min (door not frame, bearing in mind there will be 2 of them), what should it be? Diagram:

Like a fool I didn't realise that the double front doors were drawn outward opening. If I need to set the corridor back (internal wall, and I'm pretty sure I do) then what's a comfortable width?

Doozer? Anyone?

Door clearance. The 900mm width of a single door plus how much more to open it in comfort?

My estimate is 1500mm min but I would like an opinion from One Who Knows.

Still don’t really follow the question. Can you annotate your plan with the dimension(s) you require?

You have two doors with each leaf being 900mm. How can the clearance be less than the doors widths?

Neighbours of mine have a storm porch with double outer doors that open inwards with the gap not much more than a single door's width - seems to work fine because they have all the sideways clearance to stand in.  A single door opening into a narrow porch feels tighter.

When I draw doors, they have the allowance for door lining etc.  I draw a 910mm structural opening for a 838mm door with standard door lining.

What structural opening are you having and what door size do you want to achieve?

As wide as possible - the wall hasn't yet gone up so the time is now. Realistically the frame will be 2000mm.

I'm assuming you mean that the outer door will actually be hung to open inwards.  In that case I would suggest you need an absolute minimum of 600mm more than the width of the door leaf and preferably 750mm, in order to access the area behind the door when it's open.   For general access I assume only one leaf will be opened so it isn't a major issue with the current size as there would be room to enter the porch, stand to the side, and close the outer door before opening the inner.
