    You don't pay anything as long as you invest in shares. If you buy: ETFs, mutual funds, Investment Trusts then you will pay their fees.

    While that is true, in a way - they take the fees before the returns are calculated, you don't get a bill or pay extra - the thread is about platform fees, and with Iweb there are no ongoing platform fees, just the £5 to buy or sell, and the £100 to join.
