If I had a Santander Visa Debit Card from c.2011 with the last 4 digits being 1350 what would the digit be before the 1?
I have a dormant account with Santander but when I try to switch it to another bank it always fails due to me not knowing the last 5 digits of the card (I only know the last 4).
I no longer have the card even though if I did it would be expired. I did ring up Santander over 2 weeks ago to request a new card but it has so far failed to turn up. Also when I log into internet banking it still displays the the last 4 digits of the old card so I assume I was just fed bull by Santander and no new card was issued.

If you only want to close it, you can try their chat bot. I closed a savings account through it the other day, and saw they also let you close current accounts through the same chat. Just log in, then ask something like "close current account" and Sandi will guide you through it.0 -
Thanks, looks like I'll just try closing it with their chat bot rather than switching it.0

If you don't have a valid debit card then just select that rather than guessing a probable number.1
