Sure I understand but the problem you got here from what I have established is that in all of their invoices, emails and the contract itself they have specified company number 06992162 and put the their address as Suite 605, Holly Court, Holly Farm Business Park, Honiley, Kenilworth, CV8 1NP. Company number 06992162 is not associated with the Holly Farm Business Park address, it is associated with Lifford Hall Lifford Lane, Kings Norton, Birmingham, West Midlands, B30 3JN. That is quite a cheekly thing for any company to do. The Holly Farm Business Park address is associated with company number 09308576 according to Companies House. Presumably there would be a reason why they chose to mix and match the company number with different addresses.

Its not about what I think whether they are there or not, it is what it actually is. They don't trade at Holly Farm Business Park which is what the Business Park have said and the company numbers and addresses they state don't match.

The company number trumps the address they've given. You serve papers at whatever the actual registered address is for the correct company number. But there's no harm in copying it to both if you like.

presumably  they are allowed to deduct their expenses so far from  any refund.  They have indicated previously that they have used up 80% so the chances of there being any money left are slim.
Companies House show the only share holder is Pioneer Shows Holdings LTD whose only director currently is the same person as director of  Body Power Publishing LTD - Nicholas Simon Piers Orton. he os director of several companies

The 80% spend is only what the Director Nicolas mentioned 12 months after the event was cancelled and he failed to give any evidence of this whatsoever.
