Privity of Contract

Options
Hi all, the management company for the property I own are sub-contracting to a Private Parking Company and said they will not get involved with disputes at all as it's being managed by a 3rd party.
I was just wondering how this stacks up against Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 and Privity of Contract Laws.
Surely since I pay them, they cannot contract out of the obligations to me, I'm fairly sure that's against the law.

Your lease or AST trumps their claim , Primacy of contract

The subject such as tenancies and AST agreements comes up daily on here , so read dozens of own space threads etc , where PCM UK , UK CPM , VCS X, Link parking , etc , come up regularly , but this is a parking forum about consumer rights , not a law forum or legal aid forum

You might need legal advice rather than opinions from un qualified volunteers on a parking forum. In terms of the law parking is rather tangential, suggest you start with your conveyancing solicitor for expert legal advice.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You need to do this (below - this person stopped it) and opt out and/or insist on your rights under the Landlord and Tenant Act to a consultation among all leaseholders:

The managing agent/landowner can't impose this on you but NOW is the time to stop it.  Example email is there. It worked.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
