I had a letter from barclays on the 18 march 21.Advising me they had sent me a cheque re. a PPI refund.I never received the cheque.I rang the number provided on the letter and was told to send various information , as proof of identity.which i did.I had an automatic reply from them saying my e mail had been received..I have now been waiting just over 2 months,and still no cheque has been received.or issued .When i contact their customer service they cannot tell me any thing except its under investigation...
Is this normal,and how much longer am i expected to wait ..
