Anyone know how? Their website is taking me around in circles.

I found it better to use the "Raise a complaint" section of their website under your free experian account, give them a brief description of your dispute and continue the conversation over email.
They usually reply within one or two working days. Badly. Then you have to repeat what you want several times taking them through baby steps explaining how they should do their own job, because they haven't got the foggiest, and eventually after enough threats of escalating the matter to the ICO eventually, sometimes, they follow through.1 -
Thanks, I have sent an email, however if I don't get a reply or a badly written one, I might try phoning.0

I've found them better much over the phone. They were missing my credit card details and I was struggled to get it resolved by email. Eventually I called them and the guy on the phone explained that it was due to issues with my address. He sorted it immediately.0

Mine has all my address history under personal details bar one address but when I go to add a previous address it won’t accept the dates.0

They won't talk to you over the phone unless you have a paid for credit expert membership.0

@MarkN88
I assume you have an Experian account of some description and your not trying to go through MSE Credit Club? (because you can't go through MSE Credit Club to contact Experian).
The reason i posted my comment is i suspect some people might not realise this.I have a tendency to mute most posts so if your expecting me to respond you might be waiting along time!0
