Second hand or remanufactured? Whatever it is you need make sure the part numbers are the same on both units. And remember not all remanufactured gearboxes are of the same quality

Whats the difference and what would be cheaper?

Second hand means it has literally just been removed from a scrapped car; it's a bit of a gamble as you might fit it and find it has issues of its own.
Remanufactured are secondhand and the 'remanufacture' can mean anything from simply cleaning the outside and painting so that it looks nice to a complete strip down and service/replacement of all parts. Again it is a bit of a gamble; don't just go for cheapest in this category; look for genuine good reviews, positive recommendations, find out what the warranty is and who pays for labour costs if it has to come out of the car again.

Well secondhand is from a scrapped car, it justs gets taken out of the vehicle, you really dont know what condition its in, probably ok but there isnt any real history, although you may know the mileage of the donor vehicle.
Remanufactured is when they take a failed gearbox, strip it down replace both failed parts and other items such as seals and bearings. It brings it back to an as new condition. They wont repair your box, you give them your old one and they give you a remanufactured one. Not all repairers are the same, some will use copy parts, some will use genuine. Some will test the unit other wont. You can get a genuine remanufactured unit and although it will be as good as a new one it will be the most expensive
    Cost wise,
Cheapest - get one form a breaker
Next - remanufactured - back street garage
Most expensive - Genuine ZF remanufacture

I told you in the other thread that there are quite a few on ebay.
From legitimate breakers yards who use ebay as their shop front.
Given your other problems with the car, I'm guessing you just want to get it going as cheaply as possible to get rid of it.

Do you know if it has to be from the same year and same engine size as my car? My car is a 2.2 engine from 2015.

Does the replacement gearbox have to be coded to the car
Know someone who purchased a second-hand volvo cheap, he knew it had a faulty auto box, what a job to get the second-hand box he purchased to be accepted by the cars on-board computers

You'd need to speak with an expert as you need to be careful. The transmission will have a TCU, -  electronic brain - the software will be dedicated to vehicle set up such as engine type. In theory you could fit a 9HP48 from any Evoque, but you'd have to flash the TCU to match that vehicle. The safest way is to get one from an identical vehicle, just make sure the part number is the same. It might also be coded to the vehicle so there could be issue there.
I think you need to speak with an expert, it might  not just be as simple as fitting another box
