ebookers contact

need to contact ebookers to discuss a voucher that expired during lockdown as obv i could not use it
their live chat sort of says call them and when you call them it doesnt give a relevant option, then most of them say try the website as agents are busy sorting out other issues
so how do you actually contact them?

    Keep trying the phones unless you want to make a complaint in which case there is an email.
    Would your voucher not allow you to make a booking for the future? You couldn’t use it for a booking at the time bit did it not have a future “travel by” date on it?

    Sometimes if you don't pick any of the options it will go through  them again and then transfer you to  someone by default.

    Doesnt work, they said we cant help you this time, sounds familiar its what all the big companies esp tech companies are doing

    in case it helps anyone I found their email from a previous they sent me and I managed to get my expired voucher reinstated:
