T's & C's don't say you have to live in South just form asks for local area. Arguably if you live north your local would be Hertfordshire and then you need to pick a pub. I don't live in any of listed areas (which I think are all locations where you'll find a Youngs pub) and chose City purely because I work there ( pre COVID) guess I will have the argument when I win!!2
