How to change password on NowTV Hub Two?

I've tried following the instructions on the help page https://help.nowtv.com/article/how-do-i-change-or-reset-my-wi-fi-password but when Step 3 takes me to the page on which I'm supposed to be able to "Enter the new wi-fi password you want to use", I can't. The only changeable things on that page seem to be "Wireless network name (SSID)" and "WPA2-PSK security encryption".
Anybody got any ideas please?

You need to change theWPA2-PSK Security Encryption
For WPA2-PSK, you need to enter the Network Key here. The Key must be from 8 to 63 ASCII characters. Your connecting devices (computers) must use the same key or password.1 -

Log into the Hub 2 using 192.168.0.1 using the default login details.
Then there is an option on the Hub 2 settings under the Maintenance Tab > Set Password Tab where you can change the login password.

thorganby said:So why did you follow instructions to change or reset the WiFi password.Because I'm pushing 80, I'm way out of my comfort zone, and I don't have any grandkids who can bail me out with this sort of stuffAnyhow, thank you very much indeed for trying to help. The problem now is that when I get to the "Maintenance" page, a box thingy comes up at the top headed "Authentication required - Mozilla Firefox" under which it says "http://192.168.0.1 is requesting your username and password. The site says: “Broadband Router"."The box below that is inviting me to enter "User Name" and once I've done that, the box below it will want a password, but unfortunately it doesn't tell me which username and password! I know my NowTV username and password, and I know the Wi-Fi password (i.e. the one on the label on the bottom of the router), but am loathe to try these at random lest the thing locks me out or self-destructs. Do you have any idea which ones it means please?

You have already successfully logged into your Hub 2 to see the WPA2-PSK Security Encryption etc. so use the same login in details e.g. admin and nowtv for the username and password.
Nothing will self destruct if you get it wrong and you won't get locked out!1 -
Well woo bloomin' hoo - I've successfully managed to change the password, which was today's Big Task! Thank you very much indeed for your kind help.
