Hello,
Looking for experiences regarding buying / selling PRC repaired homes (in particular, airey houses). Beautiful house, amazing location, price seems high now I know what I know. Its in the process of being repaired and certified, but would this be a nightmare? I would live there for a good amount of time but perhaps not forever.
Any help would be appreciated!

As an Airey house would be on the 'defective' list, it could only become eligible for a mortgage by being repaired in an approved manner, so you'd need to check the acceptability of the proposed certificate with lenders before going far. Any mortgage you achieve might not be at the most favourable rates, so a specialist broker should be consulted too.
