Notification on Credit File..odd!

Received notification yesterday from Clearscore, mentioning that I've had an account from TSB added and then another notification to say it's been closed. I find this rather odd as I don't bank with them nor have I tried or looked at TSB. I do bank with Lloyds but haven't opened anything with them in the last month. Should I be worried or could this be just an admin error?

If there's nothing on your actual files, disregard it.1

clear score have done this to me a few times. Random accounts being opened the closed at the same time. Think its technical issues with them.0

I think you're right. There are no hard or soft searches. We may be potentially be moving so I don't want anything like this happening and scupper our chances.0

i have a ClearScore account to see my Equifax file and last year they added a New Address and Bank Account to my file by mistake (after about 8 months i finally got it resolved). I had the same surname as the other person and by coincidence we had the same numbers in our date-of-birth although our DOB were different.

On my latest ClearScore update they say a hard search from Zopa has been added and a hard search from Zopa has been removed. I do have a hard search from Zopa from last December (credit card), so not sure why another one was added and removed in quick succession.0
