Hermes - Cotton Traders

I ordered a couple of items from Cotton Traders early evening yesterday.
This afternoon I received a text, allegedly from Hermes, saying I owe £1:45 extra postage for a parcel, click her to pay etc etc Clearly a phishing text. I also received an email from Hermes saying that they are expecting to receive a parcel for me from Cotton Traders soon.
This leads me to believe that either Hermes or Cotton Traders systems have been hacked. Am I wrong?

I get loads of these as well, fortunately my email filter seems to be pretty good at treating the majority of them with the contempt they deserve.I don't care about your first world problems; I have enough of my own!0
