Is money box safe to use. I’ve been starting to save for my first house and using money box to save with. But I’m unsure of if it is save or not and if my money is covered. What over savings are good to save with for your first house

Have you looked at a LISA - 25% government uplift if used for buying a first home ?
Lifetime ISAs: free £33,000 towards your first home or retirement - MSE (moneysavingexpert.com)

It is FCA regulated and the savings products are provided by licenced banks. See https://www.moneyboxapp.com/fscs-protection/ for details how you are covered. Not sure they provide the best savings options. For that, you could start here: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/savings-accounts-best-interest/ as well as the Lifetime ISA guide above. Also, don't forget about Premium Bonds, which are looking very competitive compared to normal savings rates.0
