Not so. It goes back to the very first original payment method. All outlined on Flyertalk, with examples from people that have got it to work. Well known insider tip by now!Penelopa.Pitstop said:Unfortunately it won't work. Original payment method will be voucher.1 -
We had to seek refunds for our flights to Greece last year. The website for me was crystal clear and, although it took a few attempts to contact BA by phone obtaining a refunds was not a problem once I got through. Whilst I have sympathy for your frustrations, if you didn't want a voucher you should not have accepted it.disney_cjd said:
Thanks. Actually, the website was not clear at all.jpsartre said:
The website made it clear that the online request was for a future travel voucher. It also stated that you needed to phone if you preferred a cash refund. Sounds like you had a clueless agent on the line. If AmEx fails to come through for you, you can take the matter to CEDR, an alternative dispute resolution service that BA uses.disney_cjd said:they issued vouchers when people had requested refunds.0 -
With all due respect the website changed many times over the last year. Also, I never "accepted" a voucher.MEM62 said:
