DCBL Letter Of Claim

Hi all,
Got a Letter of Claim from DCB Legal last week, Thursday. Refers to a PCN issued 19.08.2015.
I have read the Newbies thread, FAQs, and a lot of threads on DCBL, so I do apologise as I know this will be raking over tired ground for many, but I'd like to clarify a few points. I have seen I am not alone, and that there are a lot of these cropping up lately, so I have already emailed my MP (no response yet), the service station the PCN claims to originate from (totally useless template response), and submitted a SAR to Groupnexus using the helpful template from the forum (responded with a form asking for personal info).
1. I understand I can reply to the SAR with simply a copy of the V5C of the vehicle? Should I/can I redact anything?
2. I am currently planning on waiting until 28 days to write to DCBL asking for the case to be put on hold
3. Is there any chance of stalling them beyond the 19th of Aug so it becomes statute barred?
4. The amount claimed is £170 which includes the bogus 'debt recovery fees' - is 'Abuse of Process' my best option if they do go to court?
I also saw a link in a couple of places telling me to carefully read a thread if I'd received a letter from DCBL, but unfortunately the link was broken in both cases. If anyone has the working link I'll give that a read too. Any advice on the above points would be really gratefully received.
Thanks.

1) no need to redact a copy of the V5C , add copies of 2 recent redacted utility bills and a copy of the DCBL letter too, but not your passport, driving licence or birth certificate2) OK , so that is in order to get a SAR reply, BUT YOU TELL THEM ITS FOR DEBT MANAGEMENT ADVICE3) you can certainly try, by keep asking one question at a time, it may work, but dont count on it4) no , because it does not address the issuing of the PCN, it has added fake debt collector charges, known as double recovery, the abuse of process aspect would have to be agreed by a judge and has nothing to do with the core terms, so is a sideshowread the second post of the newbies thread, it tells you about defence templates and also about being at the LBC stage ( without you telling us where that link is I have no way of knowing it either )1

1) What if I have no utility bills? I am an unemployed student.
2) Noted, will do.
4) Ok, reading the defence template now, looks good, thank you.

What about a rent bill for my uni halls?anything recent with your name and address on itI have never been unemployed or at UNI so you need to think carefully about all the letters that come to you in the post etc , such as Bank statements , rent , council , anything, the more the better1

Ok, V5C, rent bill from Uni, and the P60 from the job I left September last year - that should do it.
Is it best to wait before sending that too? Push it to 28 days on DCBL's timeline to give more wriggle-room when it comes to delaying?0 -
no its not, because Nexus will try delaying tactics tooso you can tell DCB LEGAL that a SAR was sent to their client and you recommend that they tell their client to comply with the GDPR, , therefore to place it on hold pending the SAR reply being in your possession , plus the debt management advice statement too1

Will send the docs on Monday then, and wait til 28 days to contact DCBL and claim debt advice etc. Will also try emailing the CEO and commercial director for Moto as others have had success there. Also need a reply from my MP!
