    No, but I'd definitely phone round a few local solicitors and compare prices. You may be pleasantly surprised.

    I used Will Aid - https://www.willaid.org.uk/.  £100 for a simple will.  The £100 goes to charity and you chose from a list of participating solicitors.  The firm which I chose were excellent - v efficient.

    If you are over 55 and don't want to pay, look up your local hospitals.   Many hospitals have an associated charity and the charity will arrange with a local firm of solicitors for you to prepare a simple will in return for a legacy.
