Changing funds & ISA allowance

Yes this is my stupid question of the day however I just want to double check.
I have £20k in my Vanguard S&S ISA, deposited tax year 20/21 and 100% invested in their LS100 product. If I move all or a portion of this £20k investment to another product within the Vanguard range, am I right in thinking this won't affect my 21/22 ISA allowance? In short, I'll still be able to invest £20k this tax year either in my Vanguard S&S ISA or with another broker if I so desire. Yes?

Yes, shunting prior year money around by selling and buying within an ISA has no effect on your current year contribution allowance or your ability to pay this into another ISA....2
