Changing funds & ISA allowance

Options
Yes this is my stupid question of the day however I just want to double check.

I have £20k in my Vanguard S&S ISA, deposited tax year 20/21 and 100% invested in their LS100 product.  If I move all or a portion of this £20k investment to another product within the Vanguard range, am I right in thinking this won't affect my 21/22 ISA allowance?  In short, I'll still be able to invest £20k this tax year either in my Vanguard S&S ISA or with another broker if I so desire.  Yes?

Yes, shunting prior year money around by selling and buying within an ISA has no effect on your current year contribution allowance or your ability to pay this into another ISA....

... or indeed, shunting current year's money around within an ISA has no effect on your contribution allowance.
In theory, you could trade every day, without affecting your allowance.
