Atom bank problem?

Recently opened an Atom account. Just had a text from them confirming that I have changed my linked account, (which I haven't), and told to contact them if not correct. Tried both their published telephone numbers and neither seem to be working, nor does the app?  (.....luckily I have only "invested" £1 so far), just wondering if anybody else is having similar problems?)
As soon as I am able to I think I will be withdrawing my £1, and close my account!
.."It's everybody's fault but mine...."

    I hope so! Hopefully its 'just' a technical hitch rather than they've been hacked or something. Imagine the tension if you had a bit more than £1 with them 😬

    My 2 year fixed saver matures tomorrow so it was a bit disconcerting to receive their text. Hopefully it’ll be resolved soon.

    I opened my account yesterday and got this message today. App not working and held on phone for over an hour and then they cut me off. I emailed them in the end.
    I think I'll take my money and put it back in Marcus where I'm more comfortable!

    Issue resolved, money transferred on maturity and account closed this morning.
    In the 2 years I have been with them, other than the small issue yesterday, their service and app has been absolutely flawless and I wouldn’t put anyone off using their service in the future.
