Of course you are... you are the one appealing.
You have stumbled across a really old appeal template there.
That phrase should be...
I am the keeper throughout (as I am entitled to be).
You seem to be missing the long template section about poor signs.

Isn't my paragraph 6 basically the same or am I missing something out?
EDIT: Should I replace my paragraph 6 with the one that Coupon-Mad made?0 -

Don't know how I missed that.0 -
TBH it’s more about photo evidence of inadequate signs than the words you use.As long as you haven’t talked about who the driver was when showing your evidence (from Google StreetView if you haven’t got other pics) about the lack of legible signs, and have made that point clearly, it’s fine and ready to go if you remove the last 3 points as I suggested already.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Should I replace it or is it still fine, what do you think?0 -

At almost 6,000 words long, I'd be hopeful that Gemini will have sufficient of a headache to throw their cards in. If they don't, hopefully the POPLA assessor will be resilient enough to get to the end of it.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hi guys, I got a reply from POPLA!
Dear [my name]Thank you for submitting your parking charge appeal to POPLA
An appeal has been opened with the reference XXXXXXXXXX.
Gemini Parking Solutions London Ltd - EW have told us they do not wish to contest the appeal. This means that your appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.
Yours sincerely
POPLA Team
Thank you all for your help!

Great result. Hit some of these lesser PPCs with little to no staff to deal with the detail required to rebut a motorist's lengthy POPLA appeal, and add the fact they save the £30 POPLA charge by withdrawing, then it's winner, winner, chicken dinner!
