My house moves were completed on 5/10. I sold my house for 96k had mortgage for 35k to pay off. Bought a new house for 133k and used 40k of my sale proceeds to new house. Im currently owed about 16k and wondering when should I get that back? I would have thought it would be bank transferred to me by now surely.

Are you American, do you mean you completed on 10th May or 5th October? If 5th October then yes you should definitely have had it back by now. Even from the 10th May you should have had it by now. Have you asked your solicitor?0

Yes, you ought to have received the funds by now. Haven't you contacted your solicitors? What had you been told about the transfer of funds to you?0 -
