Where can I use my my Amazon Prime Now credit?

Success! I phoned Amazon and after 3/4 hour and 3 conversations with different customer sevices reps (telling my problem from scratch each time, of course) I finally got a guy who agreed that because of what was available to my area I couldn't use the the Primenow credit- in fact I had several more totalling £20- on my file which were also unused. I had been given these over the phone for past Primenow problems, and because I hadn't had  email confirmation I wasn't aware of the T&C. And because you can't see them on your account it's easy to forget to check whether your spend has been reduced. So, he contacted "management" who agreed that the credit could be transferred to Amazon. Same T&C but not a problem due to the range of stuff they sell. So I'm now £25- up! I'm sure I'm not alone in having had this problem- customer sevices really should not be issuing credits without checking whether they can actually be used.
