Where can I use my my Amazon Prime Now credit?
Options
Following a mistake with my Amazon Prime Now/Morrisons food order, I have been given a £5- credit. However the email states: Please be aware that this credit cannot be used on Amazon.co.uk and must
be redeemed using the Prime Now app or Prime Now website,
Primenow.co.uk. .....The
promotional credit cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards, the
purchase of orders from our Prime Now third-party sellers such as orders
sold & fulfilled by Morrisons..... However, I can only find items
sold & fufilled by Morrison on the Prime Now website. No other seller comes up. Even the searchbar invites me to search "Morrisons". I have contacted them
to ask how I can use my credit with non third party sellers using the Prime Now website, but I keep getting sent the same email
as I got the first time, telling me I have got a credit. Any ideas where I can spend it?

Since prime now has not been a thing in ages this is confusing. However the replacement is fresh/morrisons on the main site. Discounting morrisons per you information that would leave a fresh order. Sounds odd to get a voucher for fresh if you used morrisons! However you probably used fesh as lots of morrisons things are on it. (just nopt as much as the morrions bit).0

Fresh doesn't get mentioned anywhere on the website, or in my order info. I've gone to the Amazon Fresh website but it doesn't operate in my area. My orders come from the big local Morrisons hub- the tracking map shows that clearly.

Then get back in contact and thell them their credit is unusable.Odd you got a credit really. I used the morrisons thing once. Found out it copmes the long way via taxi's in paper bags and ordering frozen stuff is insanity. Go those refunded instantly (and also some things they picked wrong (old age wet cat food repalced with kitten buscuits (not a substitute as i selected none) and others).Have I used it again. Yes, morrisons do not deliver to me as they moved to a hub out of my range despite previously delivering from a shop 5 miles away! Do I order frozen stuff? No. I tend to use the fresh prime now replacement instead. (maybe that operates in your area still? do check, the website/app just tells me to use fresh).Maybe at a guess you complained very late and someone gave you what they thought was an appropriate voucher but they were wrong?Good luck.0

Go on try any of that. See the "Important message" on the front page. Unless it's differnet for you the site is dead. Go on add an item and try to buy it and see if it does not redirect you to fresh.

I got 10 pounds when the 10 off 60 code was not working on my morrisons basket.
And they sent it twice by mistake so i got 20 pounds.
And now there is a new code that works so i got 30 pounds
Used it on cleaning supplies. Anything sold and fulfilled by amazon.0 -
Sarah 1972 & Carrot 007, the Primenow site is not dead down in Bristol! I know lots of people who use it. Your links both take me PrimeNow Garden & Outdoors, 37 items, all of which are clearly marked Morrisons. I get no categories at the top of the page. Adding an item from there puts it in my Primenow basket as it has done for the last 14 months. The Primenow homepage "Important Message" tells me to switch to Amazon.co.uk, where I cannot use my voucher. Morrisons is the only grocery option- Fresh does not get a mention. I suspect that the issue is geography- different services for different parts of the country. If I Google Amazon Fresh, I get a website which tells me that deliveries are not available in my area.

Yes, I've tried that. Several times. They don't respond to the problem. I just get exactly the same email as they sent initially, telling me where I can't use it. See my first post. In fact the last 2 times I contacted them about it I got the "Thanks for the message" auto response, and nothing further!
