weve just sold our house. It was our first home so we have only ever paid for buying - what’s the likely cost for conveyancing? We’ve been given a quote from one solicitor and we will be looking around too

I allow 15k for all solicitor fees, Stamp duty, removals, Estate agent fees, etc. Usually have some left over for a decent celebration meal. Mostly it depends on the selling/buying prices.I am not a cat (But my friend is)0
