Claim from form country court for unpaid PCN charges

Hello Experts,

I have recieved a letter 'Notice of Discontinuance - N279' from claimant on the day was about to send the WS to claimant and court  

Thank you all for your expert advice and time throughout, its your inpiuts that helped Claimant back off before hearing, much appreciated and big shoutout for all forum member who are helping others from unregulated parking firms

Just wanted to check if I need to do anything as a defandant please, the reason Im asking is the letter has a note "Where another party must consent to the proceesings being discontinued, a copy of thier consent must be attahced to, and served with, this form" and I havent been asked to provide a consent?

Also the line which states "the judge gratned permission for the claimant to discontinue......." is not filled up with details and striked off in the form, just wondering if this is normal ?

The PPC has wasted your time, now waste theirs.  Ask the judge for unreasonable condfuct expenses (CPR27.14(2)(g) copied to your MP.  If that does not work, read this.
