Where to stay...?

Purchaser of our house (in SE London) wants us to complete on 18th June.
That would leave us in need of temporary accommodation for about three weeks.
We could...
(a) stay in a hotel
(b) Airbnb
(c) stay with family (at least for some of the period)
Anyone have any other alternatives we haven't thought about?

Completion dates should be a mutual agreement between both parties. Sounds like you are bending over backwards to suit them at a huge inconvenience for yourself. Personally I would be going back to them to negotiate an alternative date that suits you both.

We originally agreed to complete before end of stamp duty holiday; I suppose an alternative date a week or so later is doable.Deleted_User said:Completion dates should be a mutual agreement between both parties.
