Flight change

Hi any advice greatly appreciated and i can already hear the groan not Ryanair again. I have been notified that my flight time has changed and that i can accept or move flight for free, as our accommodation has already been cancelled i thought great rather than accepting the loss of money (including paying to move last year) i can salvage something out of this. So i spend the best part of the day contacting as advised and asked if i could move to next year and also location, no i was advised it has to be +/- 1 day. Nowhere does the email mention this and there is not link to any T&Cs, also the agent on the chat admitted it was their mistake that this wasn't on the email. Do i stand anywhere legally?

How big is the time change? If over 5 hours you can get a refund0

Yep, they’re doing more than they have to.0

I've had similar issues, the +/- 1 day thing is stated when you look at their Flexi Plus fares. Air travel just now is chaotic
