Dimplex Quantum Smart Storage heater Not Charging Every Night.

Hi all, I have a Dimplex Quantum 150 RF night storage heater, and lately I've noticed that it doesn't charge every night as it used to before in the winter months, we're in may now so I'm thinking does it have a feature where it only charges if the temperature drops below a certain figure or, should it charge every night regardless of what the room temperature is. There's nothing covering the heater for it to cut off, also the charge times are correct and the night power supply is also fine. so I'm hoping that this is the case where it only charges at night when it actually needs to according to the room's temperature.
Any help would be appreciated.

They're pretty clever, so I'd be surprised if they wasted money by charging when it was not necessary, that would be pointless.  Is this not explained in the instructions?

No, theres nothing in the manual that says it only charges when necessary, However, last night was a slightly colder night and it charged up, So I'm guessing it only charges when it needs to. Thanks for your help too
