Do i get an IVA

I am really in need of some advice please. I have debt at the moment of about 11k on loan and CC. I have looked into an IVA but have muxed feelings. Please can someone advise if they have either had one or recommend one?

    No, far too little debt for an IVA, they are meant for homeowners with massive debts who cannot go bankrupt.

    Would you qualify for a debt relief order instead ?

    Failing that its debt management ?

    We really need to know more details about your situation, such as are you a homeowner, do you have other assets/cars etc, are you working, on benefits, any other debts   ?
