Hi,my football team booked a holiday with a ltd company,was to go to a tournament in Barcelona for a week play tournament and train in barca training ground ect,price included hotel and transfers and half board,was supposed to go Easter holidays April 2020 was cancelled due to coronavirus,we asked for refund he denied saying we have to move it to the October holidays or loose money,the team between us all have paid him 6k,it was then cancelled and moved to this April Easter holidays 2021 now it’s cancelled again to October,we could only pay by bank transfer that’s all he would accept,he isn’t atol or Abba protected and we would like our money back,can anyone tell us where we stand the bank carnt help as was by bank transfer and he been taking teams monies for the whole time then saying carnt refund

You need to unpick from all of that who paid who for what and who cancelled what.
Did this company arrange the tournament and travel , or just travel?0 -
Was it cancelled by you or another party?
Is he a British travel agent?
Did you get terms and conditions with your booking? What do they say about cancellation by them?0 -
Please return with the information requested. In particular who was this " ..a holiday with a ltd company" and who are the parties in the agreement.

He has not provided what you paid for (3 times now).
Your choices are
1) for the person with the booking contract to take him to court. Noting his Ltd company may not actually have the money to refund you because of the pandemic. He might have already paid the hotels etc. This is not an easy option and there is no guarantee of getting the money back even if you win (he may simply not have it).
2) Or to re-arrange for October.
I would urge you to go for 2.
You have no recourse via ABTA/ATOL or via chargeback on debit/credit cards.
I've re-arranged a holiday twice now and it's by far the easiest option.
