Friends and family tickets for Alton Towers?

Hi all, I’ve got an Alton Towers 2020 season pass, which was automatically renewed to 30th June this year due to Covid. It seems that it is now impossible (it was never simple in the first place) to book friends and family tickets with this pass- I used to be able to invite up to 4 friends for £15 each as part of the deal buying the pass. No one i. Customer service is answering emails, the chat function on the website is never on and they won’t respond to social media. Has anyone got any other bright ideas how to get them before my pass expires? Thanks!
