Judging by its most recent RNSs* the takeover situation is that it's trying to buy AudioBoom, not that another company is trying to buy it. Reading a few of its RNS announcements gives me a headache: it seems to be a complete mess.https://www.investegate.co.uk/Index.aspx?searchtype=3&words=Aaa
*If it's delisted I doubt there will be any more although AudioBoom (LSE:BOOM) will no doubt reference it as the attempted takeover plays out.0
