Payroll companies for small business

Hello - I run a small local business employing 3 people. My mum used to do my books and payroll but is retiring, can anyone recommended a payroll company company in Hampshire (or Surrey) that they use?

You can do this yourself, there are accounting/bookkeeping software packages that are free (FreeAgent comes free with NatWest/Bank Of Scotland) - but if you do get stuck I use Mascolo & Styles In Hampshire - they manage my bookkeeping and payroll - very friendly and helpful, they were a god send during furlough (it was too complicated for me!). Is it JUST the payroll you need, or do you need an accountant? If you already have an accountant, could be worth asking if they can provide this service and / or recommend someone else. 

For three people, HMRC offers basic tools, but we use BrightPay at work and I rate it highly. Would your mum 'hold your hand' for the first few months until you get the hang of it?
