TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Imagine Cruising – SEACATION GHR England Ultimate 80s Quiz competition” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

  1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

This competition is running on:

1. Greatest Hits Radio England

Each day between 6am and 10am on Monday 24th May 2021 and Friday 28th May 2021, 1 entrant, who has successfully answered the question and entered their correct details online, will be phoned and brought to air to play “Ultimate 80s Quiz”.

“Ultimate 80s Quiz” will involve answering 5 questions on 80s music artists in 40 seconds. The entrant(s) must answer all 5 questions correctly within the 40 seconds to win (The question being read counts within the 40second limit). If they answer all 5 correctly, they will win the cruise prize (5.0), if they are incorrect, a new entrant who has registered online will be brought to air to play the same round.

We will keep playing until an entrant who has registered online correctly answers all 5 questions within 40 seconds.

There will be 1 overall winner per day. (5 total across the week).

The presenter’s decision is final.

Entrants(s) will be chosen by electronic random draw.

Entrants will be drawn each day at 4pm on Friday 21st May 2021 and between Monday 24th and Thursday 27th May 2021.

Entrant(s) will be contacted via phone. If the entrant(s) does not answer, a new entrant will be contacted.

Start Date and End Date. From Wednesday 19th May 2021 at 00.01am (“Start Date”) to Thursday 27th May at 16:00pm (“End Date”).

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.

• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in

the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter. Any such entries will be void.

• Entrants MUST have had both covid vaccinations and evidence of this by the cruise date,

otherwise they will have to forfeit their prize and no alternative will be offered.

One winner will win the following prize (“the Prize”):

- 1 mini suite for 2 adults sharing onboard The Regal Princess with Imagine Cruising

The itinerary for the Prize will be:

• 5th September 2021 – Depart Southampton on a 4-night full board cruise on board the Regal Princess. You will visit Portland and spend 2 days at sea before disembarking in Southampton on 8th September 2021

• Room is for 2 people staying in a mini suite.

• All gratuities, drinks, speciality dining, spa treatments and shore excursions are

excluded and at the winner(s) own expense.

Prize Terms and Conditions:

- The winner(s) will be responsible for sourcing their own vaccinations, travel documents, visa requirements etc. They will also be responsible for ensuring that their chosen guest has done the same.

- It’s up to the winner(s) to ensure they (and their chosen guest) are fit and able enough to travel otherwise the Prize will be invalid and a new winner will be drawn.

- The prize excludes transfers, parking or any other travel required.

- Unless expressly stated, the cost of food, drink, spending money or any other sustenance is not included.

- Any other excursions not mentioned in the T&Cs are not covered and are the winner(s) responsibility to fulfil.

- Winners must be able to take the Prize on the dates above as stated, or on those dates otherwise offered by the Imagine Cruising, which may be subject to change. If winners are unable to take the Prize on the dates offered, we reserve the right to withdraw and award the Prize to another entrant.

- Port stops may change or be amended by The Regal Princess.

- Additional Covid protocol may be needed – this is up to the winner to ensure they are up to date with the latest information.

The Prize is provided by Imagine Cruising we are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including but not limited to unsatisfactory quality or late delivery.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. Insurance Information – Insurance will be provided by Element and the TCs are as follows:

- The policy would not provide any cover if the winner(s) travelled against government

advice or the advice of the Foreign Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO).

- A claim would not be considered if the holiday was cancelled due to FCDO advice or the

government putting the UK in lockdown again as this would not fall within the Covid cover outlined under Section 17.

OTHER CONDITIONS

1. DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. If you have, your details will be used in accordance with the information given when you ticked the opt-in box and gave your consent. For more details, see: http://www.bauerdatapromise.co.uk/. You acknowledge and agree that your details may be used to announce a winner of the Competition publicly or where this information is requested, in order to fulfil our regulatory obligations.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

3. MISCELLANEOUS.

a. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think

you’ve breached them.

b. One entry per person

c. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our

decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

d. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.

e. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during

a call.

f. You are responsible for all costs of entry.

g. You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated

or likely to offend listeners.

h. As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the

Competition / the Prize.

i. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances

outside our control.
