Does this look problematic?

Hi all
Me again!
Appreciate this isnt a forum of surveyors but any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated! still house viewing and have found a potential- all of the ceilings are artex/popcorn and there is a fair bit of cracking above and around the windows in the bedrooms - as you may know I've been had off by cracks before! to my untrained eye they look like standard plaster cracks but it would be great to get your input! (pics attaxhed) - there are no corresponding cracks in the outside brickwork

Generally if a crack goes from wall and goes on to the ceiling as well there is movement.
If what ever below that window has moved down, forward or backward though I have no idea.
    But certainly isn't plaster joints.
