High risk of subsidence flagged in searches - London FTB

Parts of south east London have underground streams which may increase the risk. As a FTB I was put off a house in Lee for that reason but with hindsight I suspect the surveyor was protecting his @rse because I don’t think anything in that particular street has had to be underpinned.

Would be useful to know which bit of SE London OP is looking at. London postcodes starting SE cover a huge area. And some of us without a London postcode would still say we live in south east London, which makes the potential area even bigger.
