Hi
As anyone else been charged a £35 admin fee when you cancel the house insurance policy with Halifax because you've sold the house and moved into a care home, because my Aunt has ?
Wonder if that charge applies in all circumstances

What does the wording say?
Those insurers/brokers that charge cancellation fees normally charge them universally other possibly if you cancel before the policy starts (only applicable on new business)0 -
Pretty normal these days for there to be a cancellation fee of some sort, the circumstances aren't going to make a difference.0
