Credit Card Statement Frequency

I’ve had a search and couldn’t find what I was looking for, so I wonder if anyone can tell me.
The back ground, OH has had substantial debt, one of the creditors is HBOS, being in Scotland he was able to address the situation and repay the debt by DPP via DAS.
There were other creditors involved and over the course of the DAS, they have provided statements, showing payments received and the current balance owed.
One provided statements monthly, most were bi-annual, all except HBOS, who have never during the length of the DPP ever provided any sort of statement. 

I thought, perhaps wrongly, that they had to provide a statement to him to show, what had been received and what was left owing. 

I would be grateful if anyone could answer my question.

They should be provided at least annually. If they don't, interest can't be charged, but presumably that won't make a difference in your case.

If you contact them, they'll be able to give you the current status.

That’s correct they can’t add interest or charges with it being covered by DAS regulations.
The issue is, the outstanding balance isn’t where he thought it be and we have nothing to go on with regards to payments and balance. 

Think we will need to make contact directly with them.
