Screen4 my experience

Absolutely abysmal experience.   I required a ‘Test to Fly’ Covid test and Tui advised using Screen4 at a discount. I paid my £70 and decided to give them as much time as possible by taking the test 72 hours before flying (the maximum allowed). They guarantee to have your result within a maximum of 48 hours. I followed their protocol for collection of the sample and posted it in a ‘Priority’ post box as requested. I checked the P.O. Tracking of the sample. It was delivered at 08:46am on 15th May. I was flying on the morning of 17th, so plenty of to time (or so I thought). I kept checking the on line registration to check when the result would be delivered. I kept checking but to no avail. I went to the airport and had to explain I had no result. I was able to fly but it caused me a lot of frustration and difficulty. Some passengers flying to Greece (I believe) might not have flown because Greece requires a confirmed test result). I eventually received a message saying the sample had reached their lab and I should get the result within 24-48 hours. This was 51 hours after the sample had been delivered and 2 hours after I had arrived in my holiday destination. Still waiting for the result and have asked for a refund. Their response was that no refund was required because I had submitted the sample.  I eventually got my negative result many hours after I had flown.  Their claim that their product is a ‘Test to Fly’ is completely disingenuous. Trying to contact Tui by email to suggest they don’t use Screen4 is also almost impossible!!

Thankyou OP this is useful information. I am intrigued, how were you able to fly without a negative test result ?Where were you flying to ?  Which airline ? If your test result had come back positive , the other passengers would have been put at risk, I am surprised that the airline allowed you to fly.
