EON Smart Meter readings
Hello,
We had EON Smart Meters fitted on 22nd April.
When we check our online account we see the following:-
Electric there are readings for 22/04/2021, 28/04/2021, 30/04/2021 no more.
Gas there are readings for 22/04/2021, 28/04/2021 no more.
We chose to send a reading daily. I think we are in a good area for signal.
The meters are reading fine as I record them daily in a spreadsheet.
Is it normal for the online account not to update with readings daily?

I cannot comment on E.oN but there are three metering options with usage being recorded once every 30minutes; once a day or once a month. You will have signed up to one of these options.1

Yes, we signed up to daily.

If you go to the N3rgy.com website and use the ‘I am a consumer’ link, you can access the data that E.oN is pulling from your meters. All you need is the MPAN from your statement and the GUID number which printed on the bottom of your IHD. If there is no data, then you need to speak to E.oN as they may be a problem with your WAN.1

We will be taking the reads daily, as that's what you have requested, but they don't all show on your online account. We will be able to see them this end, but the online account is normally updated monthly.
You're clearly keeping a close eye on this and managing your account very efficiently and I can only thank you for that.

Associated quick question if I may...
Just had Eon smart meters fitted, and have requested monthly data upload.
Will these be sent on the 1st, 25th, or anniversary date of the fitting (or any other date). I don't recall choosing a date.
