Not exactly travel but Covid related!

Bought tickets for this festival & it was only by chance did we found out that it had been cancelled at the end of March.

The notice on the website states that emails have were sent out informing people of this & that the tickets have been transferred to next year or, if you can't attend, a refund can be obtained.

Hubby can't find any trace of an email, but did speak to American Express today to get a refund but were people aware of its cancellation?

It was through American Express directly. As I said we've been promised a refund but as hubby is adamant that he hasn't received an email informing of the cancellation, I wondered if there were any other people who weren't aware
