AJ Bell ISA Transfer Times

I am interested in knowing actual/typical ISA transfer times to AJ Bell. Nothing complicated to transfer, 10 Funds managed/trackers, just household names.
The funds are being transfered from HL.
AJ Bell are quoting 6 to 12 weeks, which seems a long time.
Any experiences appreciated.

6 to 12 weeks sounds about right to me, if not a little optimistic. Fund houses are generally quite slow to reregister funds to a new nominee - it's not really a priority activity for them.

If its an inspecie transfer that they could be underestimating transfer times. If its a cash transfer then its usually days.

Are the managed funds/trackers you are transferring exchange traded funds or UTs/OEICs?"If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes” Warren Buffett

My in specie ISA transfer from HL to Bell took the best part of 6 months“Like a bunch of cod fishermen after all the cod’s been overfished, they don’t catch a lot of cod, but they keep on fishing in the same waters. That’s what’s happened to all these value investors. Maybe they should move to where the fish are.” Charlie Munger, vice chairman, Berkshire Hathaway1
