I just had an odd experience with Halifax online banking (using a browser on a PC). It kept telling me my Username/Password combination was unrecognized. It seems that the Password field was only accepting a maximum of 15 characters, and mine was longer than that. Resetting the password to a shorter one seems to have fixed the problem.

So should you be unable to log in, this may be the issue.

Oddly, there doesn't seem to be a way of sending them a message about this, and I don't think I can face phoning them!

Update: it now seems to be accepting a maximum of 20 characters, so I assume they must have found and fixed the problem.
